🇪🇸 La escuela permanece abierta todo el año, excepto:
– Vacaciones de verano: del 1 de julio al 1 de septiembre
– Vacaciones de invierno:  del 23 de diciembre al 8 de enero
– Puentes y días festivos nacionales y locales

Durante los meses de verano la escuela permanecerá abierta para talleres, campamentos artísticos, salidas artísticas al exterior y otras actividades. Pero NO se mantienen las clases ordinarias. Estas actividades se pagan a parte.

MENSUALIDAD

El pago de las clases mensuales se realiza dentro de los últimos 7 días del mes anterior. Por ejemplo: el mes de abril se debe abonar completo, entre el 24 y el 31 de marzo.

Los pagos se realizan en metálico en la escuela.

Si el alum@ no realiza el pago dentro del plazo estipulado:
– pierde su plaza
– pierde la matrícula
– la APP le da de baja de manera automática, por lo que pierde sus clases acumuladas

Si la plaza no fuera cubierta por otro alumno y el alumno anterior desea reiniciar las clases, se le facilitan 2 opciones:

• Abonar de nuevo la matrícula
• Pasar a pagos trimestralese

La mensualidad debe abonarse completa aunque el alumn@ vaya a faltar algunos días o ese mes existan festividades, ya que gracias a la APP el alumn@ puede recuperar los días dentro de los siguientes 30 días. Para los niños, se establecerán días concretos de recuperación.

El alumn@ debe abonar todos los meses que permanezca matriculad@ en la escuela, salvo los meses descritos de vacaciones de verano  o si ya no quiere continuar su formación en la escuela.

CLASES

Las clases se pueden cambiar y recuperar gracias a la aplicación móvil de la escuela.

Es responsabilidad única del alumn@:
– Cancelar las clases a las que no vaya a asistir, o sean festivos, con una antelación mínima de 24 horas. Si no lo hace en este plazo, la APP contabiliza la clase como utilizada y no dará opción de recuperarla.
– Reservar clases a las que quiera asistir con una antelación mínima de 2 horas.
– Utilizar sus clases pendientes, dentro del plazo máximo de 30 días. A partir de este tiempo la APP resetea las clases y las pone a cero.
– Ser puntual con la hora de comienzo y finalización, dejando el espacio limpio y recogido, tal y como lo encontró.
– Contar con su propio material, necesario para realizar la actividad (a ecepción de las clases en las que el material está incluído)

MATRÍCULA

La matrícula se aplica a las actividades semanales de la escuela. NO se aplica a los bonos ni a las actividades o talleres extra.
La matrícula son 30€.
La matrícula no es reembolsable en ningún caso.
La matrícula se mantiene durante todo el tiempo que el alumn@ asista a la escuela. Se mantiene de un curso a otro.
La matrícula no se guarda si el alumn@ deja de abonar algún mes. En este caso, el alumn@ deberá volver a abonar la matrícula a su regreso, para poder comenzar de nuevo las clases.
La matrícula es personal. No es transferible de un alumn@ a otr@.

BONOS SIN MATRÍCULA

Existen opciones para disfrutar de clases sin necesidad de pagar matrícula, con los bonos de 1 sesión, 6 sesiones y 12 sesiones.

Los bonos se abonan íntegros al adquirirlos. Pueden adquirirse en efectivo en la escuela o via WhatsApp, abonándolo por BIZUM.

Una vez adquiridos, no son cambiables ni reembolsables.

El estudiante gestionará sus clases a través de la APP.

Los bonos pueden compartirlo un máimo de 2 personas. Deberán ser siempre las mismas.

Los bonos pueden utilizarse con la frecuencia deseada. Por ejemplo: con un bono de 6 sesiones puedes venir 1 vez por semana durante 6 semanas o podéis venir 2 personas y hacer 3 sesiones cada una en la misma semana.

Los bonos son válidos durante 6 meses.

Los bonos no incluyen talleres u otras actividades organizadas por la escuela.

RESTO DE ACTIVIDADES

TALLERES, CLASES EN EL EXTERIOR, FIESTAS DE ARTE, CHARLAS, PROYECCIONES, ETC.

Para reservar plaza en las actividades de la escuela, el alumn@ deberá abonar una cantidad por participante, mediante BIZUm o en efectivo en la escuela.

Esta cantidad no es reembolsable en ningún caso, excepto si la actividad se cancelase por la escuela (por mal tiempo o imposibilidad de ser realizada).

El teléfono para pagos por BIZUM es: (0034) 661 310 300. El alumn@ deberá hacer el pago y enviar un mensaje o WhatsApp indicando su nombre y cuántos participantes asistirán.

El resto del importe de la actividad se abonará en efectivo al comienzo de la actividad.

ANULACIÓN DE PLAZA 

El alumn@ puede dejar de asistir a las clases en el momento que así lo decida.
Desde la escuela agradecemos ser informados para poder asignar esa plaza a un nuevo alumn@ que pueda estar interesado.

🇬🇧 The school remains open all year round, except for the month of July and August and national and local holidays.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Payment for monthly classes is made the last 7 days of the previous month. For example: the month of April must be paid in full, between March 24 and 31.

If the student does not make the payment within that period, their place may be transferred to another student interested in said place.

Payments are made in cash at the school.

If the student does not pay within the stipulated period:
– Lose the place
– Lose enrollment
– The APP automatically unsubscribes you, so student loses accumulated classes 

If the place was not covered by another student and the previous student wishes to restart classes, the student must pay a new enrollment plus the current month and they would be  registered in the APP again, but without the accumulated classes, because the APP resets all to zero.

The monthly fee must be paid in full even if the student is going to miss a few days or there are festivities that month, since thanks to the APP the student can recover the days within the next 60 days. For children, specific recovery day will be established.

The student must pay every month that they remain enrolled in the school, except for the month of August, when the school is closed or if they no longer want to continue their education at the school.

CLASSES

Classes can be changed and recover thanks to the school´s mobile application.

It is the sole responsability of the student:

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment payment applies to weekly school activities. It does NOT apply to packs or extra activities or workshops.

Enrollment is €30, not refundable in any case.

Enrollment is maintained for as long as the student attends school. It is maintained from one course to another.

The enrollment is not saved if the student fails to pay any of the months. In this case, the student will have to pay the tuition again upon her return, in order to start classes again.

Enrollment is personal. It is not transferable from one student to another.

PACKS 

There are options to enjoy classes without having to pay tuition, with the 1 session, 6 session and 12 session packs.

Packs are paid in full upon purchase. They can be buy in cash at the school or via WhatsApp, paying by BIZUM.

Once purchased, packs are not exchangeable or refundable.

Students will be able to manage their classes through the APP.

Packs can be shared with 1 other person. That is, 2 people can use it. They must always be the same person, not being able to change the name.

Packs can be used as often as desired. For example: with a 6 session pack you can come once a week for 6 weeks, or 2 people can come and do 3 sessions each in the same week.

Packs are valid for 6 months.

Packs do not include workshops. or other activities organized by the school.

REST OF ACTIVITIES

WORKSHOPS, CLASSES ABROAD, ART PARTIES, TALKS, SCREENINGS, ETC.

To reserve a place in the rest of the school’s activities, the student must pay an amount per participant, through BIZUM or in cash by approaching the school.

This amount is not refundable in any case.

The telephone number for payments by Bizum is: 661 310 300. The student must make the payment and send a WhatsApp or indicated message: their name and how many participants will come.

The rest of the amount of the activity will be paid at the beginning of the activity.

PLACE CANCELLATION

The student can stop attending classes at the time they so decide.
